Fort Chiswell Middle School

Fort Chiswell Middle School won the first-ever countywide reading initiative called Reading is Rewarding. Students were encouraged to raise their Lexile reading scores throughout the year by increasing scores on their diagnostic tests, reading books, and taking quizzes, or both. Students who meet the requirements of the program get to go on a reward trip to Carowinds during the last week of school. Congratulations, Pioneers, on a job well done!
